I cannot recommend this contractor enough! She completely transformed our chimney wall and made the entire process seamless. From the very beginning, she guided us through selecting the perfect stone materials and color palette, and she even handled purchasing all the materials so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. What truly sets her apart is how thorough she is. She paid attention to so many critical design and structural details that I never would have even thought about. Throughout the project, she was incredibly patient, professional, and communicative. To top it all off, her team executed the installation flawlessly. If you want high-quality work and a stress-free experience, hire her!

Second Coat Studio is fantastic. Their attention to detail, honest guidance, and follow-through really set them apart. Unlike the usual contractors who take your money and leave the job half-done, they actually finish the work, and do it right. The owner personally showing up is a level of professionalism you don’t see often.

I had Second Coat Studio redo my floors all through my house and do a make over for my kitchen. It was a great experience. I always end up as a Project Manager during construction projects, but Bea was amazing at handling everything. She was detailed, on schedule, responsive and constantly in communication.

They take the time to listen to what you actually want, rather than simply trying to turn everything into a bigger and more expensive project. That kind of honesty is incredibly refreshing.

I had an amazing experience with Bea from Second Coat Studio! She painted several walls and baseboards in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I came to Bea thinking I needed a full renovation to modernize my kitchen and living room. Instead of rushing me into big projects, she took the time to understand my style, my concerns, and my budget. She showed me creative options that made the most of what I already had. The brick fireplace became sleek paneling, and my original cabinets were updated beautifully. The result is a modern space that feels completely new, without the cost or chaos of a full remodel. What stood out most was how collaborative the process felt. Bea truly listens.

I was opening my spa and I had a feeling for how I wanted it to look, but not the steps to get there. Bea helped me with all of it: the design decisions, the paint, the molding and the floors. She talked through every choice with me instead of leaving me to figure it out alone, and the space ended up calm and finished, exactly what I wanted my clients to walk into. It was a great experience working with her.
